Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act - May 21, 2008:
On May 21, 2008 President Bush signed into law (GINA) or the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act. This new act prohibits discrimination by employers or insurance companies based on genetic test results.
The new laws will go into effect in 2009 and is expected to that it will change both the FLSA and EEOC posters.

Military Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) - February 11, 2008:
On January 28, 2008 President Bush signed the National Defense Authorization Act which resulted in the new Military Family Leave posting. All Labor Law Compliance Center Federal Posters have been updated to include the new Military Family Leave Posting.
