Sonoma, California Minimum Wage Poster
The City of Sonoma has had an increase of the minimum wages paid by both Large Employers and Small Employers. Large Employers are defined as having 26 or more employees, who are allowed to pay a minimum wage of $17.60/hr. Small Employers are defined as having 25 or less employees, who are allowed to pay a minimum wage of $16.56/hr. Both of these minimum wage changes are effective January 1st, 2024.
