New York & Federal - Electronic Labor Posters:
New York now requires that all labor postings be in electronic format in addition to physical postings being displayed in common areas on each floor for a business. We offer two solutions to help you meet this requirement.
1. We can email you a "New York & Federal eFile"
This file can be emailed to employees or posted online
2. We can offer our cloud based eViewer System with the New York and Federal Notices
This is a live system, updated daily. You can post the link to your intranet to make this information easy for your employees to access. The eViewer subscription is for a 1 year term but can be upgraded to a 3 year term via the subscription length option.
