This supplement is a required posting for businesses within the State of Texas who are in businesses associated with Human Trafficking including but not limited to: bussinesses permitted or licensed under Chapter 25, 26, 28, 32, 69, or 71, Alcoholic Beverage Code, other than an entity holding a food and beverage certificate, a cosmetology facility, a hospital, a massage establishment, a massage school, a sexually oriented business, a tattoo studio, a transportation hub, or a state park and other recreational site under the Parks and Wildlife Department's jurisdiction.
